Founder

Description: AOG BILLYIZM a.k.a. AOG BILLY
Comments: He is the founder of this great community, has full power over AOG and works to make AOG the absolute best. He has the final word above all.

Reports to: God

Co Founder

Description: Killem Joe a.k.a. Joe

Comments: Honored member of the community, and has full power over all AOG with exception of Founder and Co-Leader.

Duties: Manage work on Xbox Live, the websites, marketing and all other components.

Reports to: Founder only.

Co Leader

Description: Nixonnutt2003 a.k.a. AOG Nutt

Comments: Second in Command and has full power over all AOG with exception of the Founder.

Duties: Responciable for over seeing all Divisions and aspects of the community. Manage work on Xbox Live, the websites, marketing and all other components.

Reports to: Founder only.

Public Relations

Description: These members are responsible for the image of AOG and helping with the decisions of the direction the community takes. They are also responsible for a great deal of the work that is done behind the scenes and are the official Representatives of AOG. They are well rounded members in the community and fit the description of nearly every position in AOG. This rank is given only by the Co-Leader or Founder.
Requirements: Being in AOG for at least a year, and is experienced in every aspect of AOG.
Duties: The Public Relations Representative is a AOG Senior Leader that focuses on promoting the AOG name. They are vital to the community and deserve the same respect and gratitude as a Co-Leader. They work behind the scenes to continually improve AOG as a whole. Public Relations Representatives are responsible for working with our affiliates, maintaining our many web sites, researching outside of AOG, and managing the marketing/news/ graphics teams. They Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintain them over time. They also help organize and run tournaments along with finding new affiliates. The Public Relations Representative oversees all aspects of public relations, marketing, media and work closely with the Co-Leader and Founder to do anything and everything possible to make AOG bigger and better.
Reports to: Co-Leader and Founder.

Senior Administrator

Description: This rank is given to those members who have been Directors or Administrators, and that are involved in Website work all over AOG and that have been in AOG for at least a year.
Requirements: They should be appointed for promotion by a Co-Leader or Founder.
Duties: They handle all the website work and they are the ones who choose and promote Administrators. They can promote or demote any rank below them.
Reports to: Co-Leader or Founder only.
Comments: They have full power over the websites of AOG, and also in Xbox Live. They have the same respect as Co-Leader and the power of a Senior Director.

Senior Director

Description: This rank is given to Directors who have proven they have the experience needed to run all of AOG's Divisions and they have been in AOG for at least a year.
Requirements: They should be appointed for promotion by a Co-Leader or Founder.
Duties: They handle any problem that comes their way from the Directors. They are responsible for making sure all of the divisions are playing in a professional manner and are upholding the Code of Conduct, and that all Directors and Leaders are doing their job correctly. These members are the responsible for running all of the AOG work on Xbox Live, and they have the power to open, close, change, and merge any division if needed. They are highly respected leaders and have full power over all of AOG on Xbox Live. They can promote or demote any rank below them.
Reports to: Co-Leader or Founder only.
Comments: They are highly respected and experienced members in AOG know what to do, and make sure it happens. Senior Directors are the head of AOG. They make sure that everyone is doing their jobs correctly.

Director

Description: This rank is given to those Division Leaders who may become eligible for a promotion after 30 weeks of training and experience in AOG.
Requirements: Successful fulfillment of the Leader rank, 30 weeks in AOG, maintaining a division at 200 members, and starting a second division. Appointed for promotion by a Senior Director, Co-Leader or the Founder.
Duties: They are responsible for taking care of 2 - 4 Divisions that they have built or created, making difficult decisions in regard to the benefit of AOG, holding division meetings, keeping Division Leaders informed and organized, upholding the Code of Conduct. They are the responsible for promoting or demoting Division Leaders as well as any other lower rank in their divisions. They also have the duty of reporting problems found in their divisions to the AOG Data Base in the proper format and submitting it to the AOG Data Base Manager. They are to stay active on aoglive.com, the AOG
Forums, and staying active and contributing on their division website while encouraging others to do the same.
Reports to: Senior Directors, Senior Administrators, Co-Leader or Founder.

Administrator

Description: This rank is given to members who are exceptional at behind-the-scenes work of AOG, helping with websites applying their experience.
Requirements: Being appointed for promotion by a Senior Administrator, Co-Leader or Founder.
Duties: Administrator duties include anything like moderating several division websites, programming or designing websites, and managing other special projects in AOG. They must stay active on aoglive.com and the AOG
Forum.
Reports to: Senior Administrator, Co Leader and Founder.

Marketing Team

Description: These members assist the Public Relations Representatives in working with affiliates. They respond to requests for information from the media or designate another appropriate spokesperson or information source. This rank is given only by the Public Relations, Co-Leader or Founder.
Requirements: Being in AOG for at least 18 weeks, and is extremely personable. The Marketing Team must be willing to engage in promoting or creating good will for individuals, groups, or organizations by selecting favorable publicity material and releasing it through various communications media using news team and graphics team. The Marketing Team may request news articles and designs from our News and Graphics Teams.
Duties: The Marketing Team is a group of leaders that focus on growing the AOG name. They are vital to the community and deserve respect and gratitude. They work behind the scenes to continually improve AOG as a whole. The Marketing Team plans and directs development and communication of informational programs to maintain favorable public and sponsor perceptions of AOG’s accomplishments and agenda. The Marketing Team plans and conducts market and public opinion research to test commodities or determine potential for product success, communicating results to public and PR Representatives . The most important duty of the members on the Marketing Team is to establish and maintain cooperative relationships with representatives of community, consumer, employee, and public interest groups.
Reports to: Public Relations Representatives , Co-Leader and Founder.

News Team

Description: The News Team is a group of members and leaders that focus on gathering information and writing articles in a timely fashion for AOG’s websites. They are vital to the community and deserve respect and gratitude. The Public Relations Representatives , Co Leader, and Founder are responsible for the News team.
Duties: To report on gaming news events, and newsworthy happenings affecting the community. This rank is given only by the Public Relations Representatives , Co-Creators or Creator.
Requirements: Being a AOG member, communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience, understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents, and talking to others to convey information effectively.
Reports to: Editor in Chief, Co Leader and Founder.

Graphics Team

Description: The Graphics Team is a group of members and leaders that focus on designing artwork for individuals and News Team for AOG’s websites. They are vital to the community and deserve respect and gratitude.
Requirements: Being a AOG member and producing the best images possible from the artwork provided in a timely fashion.
Duties: To design graphics for individuals and for the News Team when requested. This rank is given only by the Public Relations Representatives , Co-Creators or Creator.
Reports to: Editor in Chief, Co-Creators and Creator.

Division Leader

Description: This rank is given to those Co-Division Leaders who may become eligible for a promotion after 23 weeks of training and experience in AOG.
Requirements: Successful fulfillment of the Co-Division Leader rank, 23 weeks in AOG, maintaining a division with at least 100 members, being appointed for promotion by a Director and approved by a Senior Director.
Duties: The Division Leaders must be able to exercise patience as they will be called upon to make many tough decisions that will affect the members in their division. They are the supreme rank of a Division, therefore they are role models to all the members in their division by upholding the Code of Conduct and showing a professional and opened attitude at all times to all the ranks in their divisions. They should stay active on aoglive.com, the AOG
Forums, and stay active and contributing on their division website while encouraging others to do the same. They suggest members to get promoted to Co Division Leaders.
Reports to: Director or any other high rank.
Comments: The title comes with the responsibility s of running the entire division with good guidance and judgment. They must show up for division meetings and communicate with the Directors and Co Leader to ensure a good gaming experience for everyone.

Co Division Leader

Description: This rank is given to those Division Founders who may become eligible for a promotion after 20 weeks of training and experience in AOG.
Requirements: Successful fulfillment of the Division Founder rank, 20 weeks in AOG, maintaining a division with at least 50 members, being appointed for promotion by a Division Leader and approved by a Director or Senior Director.
Duties: working with the Co-Division Founders and Division Founders to run and maintain a good Division, staying active on aoglive.com, the AOG
Forums, and staying active and contributing on their division website while encouraging others to do the same and solving major problems brought to them by the Division Founder. They act as a Division Leader when one is not present and represent their division at leaders meetings when the Leader is unavailable. They are the responsible of suggesting the promotion or demotion of Founders with the approval of the Division Leader and Director.
Reports to: Division Leader and Director or any other high rank.
Comments: They run the division and work to ensure an enjoyable gaming experience for all.
Division Founder

Description: This rank is given to those Co-Division Founders who may become eligible for a promotion after 18 weeks of training and experience in AOG. This is also the highest rank eligible to start a new division in AOG.
Requirements: Successful fulfillment of the Co-Founder Rank, 18 weeks in AOG, being appointed for promotion by the Co-Leader and approved by a Division Leader and Director.
Duties: Overseeing all the squads of the division, make sure all the ranks below them are doing their jobs correctly, solving any problem the Co Leader might bring to them, staying active on aoglive.com, the AOG
Forums, and staying active and contributing on their division website. They are the responsible for giving permission to a General or Co Founder to start a new squad.
Reports to: Co-Leader, Division Leader or any other high rank.
Comments: Founders are role models for the entire Divisions, so they must be capable of solving problems with patience and good judgment.

Spokes Person

Description: This rank is given to members who will assist the marketing team representing AOG.
Requirements: Being appointed for promotion by a member of the Marketing Team.
Duties: They handle interviews and answer any questions the public may have about AOG as well as helping out the members whenever needed.
Reports to: Marketing Team, Co-Leader and Founder.

Co-Division Founder

Description: This rank is given to those Generals who may become eligible for a promotion after 14 weeks of training and experience in AOG.
Requirements: Successful fulfillment of the General Rank, 14 weeks in AOG, and exceptional work in their squad.
Duties: Running 2 or 3 AOG Squads at the same time, they coordinate all the ranks below them; they make sure everyone is doing their job correctly. They have to be fully trained in the Code of Conduct, recruiting techniques, background checks, squad list management, solving problems of any squad, and promotions/ demotions. Their responsibilitie s are: coordinating the Generals of the 3 squads to get the best from them and their members, to hold weekly meetings with their Generals in order to discuss Squad issues and improvements, staying active on aogonlive.com and the AOG
Forums, by posting news or any other things related to their squads, and staying active and contributing on their division website.
Reports to: Founder, Co Division Leader, or any other high rank.
Comments: They are encouraged to work closely with the Founder and Co-Leader to keep the division running smoothly.

General

Description: This rank is given to those Majors who may become eligible for a promotion after 12 weeks of training and experience in AOG.
Requirements: Successful fulfillment of the Major Rank, 12 weeks in AOG, and exceptional work in their squad.
Duties: Running the squad from top to bottom, they coordinate all the ranks below them; they make sure everyone is doing their job correctly. They are the ones to solve any problems that their Captains bring to them. Making promotions or demotions of the ranks below them in agreement with their Co-Founder attend division meetings; keep track of numbers in their squad by keeping the squads update in aogonlive.com, stay active on aoglive.com, the AOG
Forum, and staying active and contributing on their division website. Organizing news teams for their squad to post on their division website. Also they are responsible for organizing any other special activity their squad may require.
Reports to: Co Founder or any other high rank.
Comments: They are the supreme rank in a AOG Squad.

Major

Description: This rank is given to those Captains who may become eligible for a promotion after 10 weeks of training and experience in AOG.
Requirements: Successful fulfillment of the Captain Rank, 10 weeks in AOG, and exceptional work in their squad.
Duties: Assisting the General to manage the Squad and taking his place when he or she is not present. They also must lead Squad meetings, and represent the General in Division meetings, stay active on aoglive.com, the AOG
Forums, and staying active and contributing on their division website. They must also help the General to solve the biggest problems of the squad.
Reports to: Generals or any other high rank.
Comments: This rank is the preparation to become General and get to run a whole squad; therefore they are to be fully trained in the organization as one.

Captain

Description: This rank is given to those Lieutenants who may become eligible for a promotion after 8 weeks of training and experience in .
Requirements: Successful fulfillment of the Lieutenant rank, 8 weeks in AOG.
Duties: Organizing activities for the squad, setting up squad meetings for generals, forwarding the leaders messages to the squad, staying active on aoglive.com, the AOG
Forums, and staying active on their division website. They must have full knowledge of the Rank Structure. They are the ones to suggest which Sergeants should be promoted to Lieutenants. And they also are responsible of reporting any larger problems of the squad to the Major or General directly.
Reports to: Majors, Generals, and any other high rank.
Comments: They are the right hand of the Major and General to run the squad.

Lieutenant

Description: This rank is given to those Sergeants who may become eligible for a promotion after 6 weeks of training and experience in AOG.
Requirements: 6 weeks in AOG, successful fulfilling of the Sergeant rank.
Duties: Helping their Captains with squad activities and the squad lists. A lieutenant should know and understand how to run background checks on the new members. They must being fully trained in recruiting techniques and know the Code of Conduct and Rank Structure. They have to be active on aoglive.com, the AOG
Forums, and their division website. They are responsible for solving minor problems of the lower ranks.
Reports to: Captains or any other high rank.
Comments: They should be role models for Sergeants, Corporals and Privates.

Sergeant

Description: This rank is given to those Privates or Corporals who have acquired a AOG tag.
Requirements: Acquiring a AOG Gamer tag, being in AOG for at least 2 weeks, and having permission from a Captain to get it.
Duties: Helping the leaders of the squad, sending AOG invites to new recruits, help the Captains to run background checks on the new members, helping to manage recruits, staying active on aoglive.com and the AOG
Forums, and staying active on their Division Website. They should also know the rank Structure up through Director.
Reports to: Lieutenants and any other high rank.
Comments: The 2 weeks wait to get the AOG gamer tag is to ensure the member wants to be part of the community; they have to understand that they will represent AOG from that moment on.

Corporal

Description: This rank is given to those Privates who have recruited 10 or more members into their squad and can’t get a AOG tag yet.
Requirements: Recruiting 10 or more members, explaining them the AOG Code of Conduct, getting them to sign up at aoglive.com and the AOG
Forums.
Duties: Participating in Squad Activities, being active on the AOG
Forums and signing up to their division website, fully understanding the Code of Conduct and the Rank Structure up through Co-Founder, and being a role model to new recruits.
Reports to: Sergeants or any other higher rank.
Comments: Corporals are encouraged but not required to change their gamer tag within 60 days. They must have permission of a Captain to get it, and staying in AOG for at least 2 weeks. Any problems they might have should report to the Lieutenants.

Private

Description: This is the first rank of our structure, designed for those recently recruited into any of our squads.
Requirements: Joining a legit AOG squad.
Duties: Getting and remaining in uniform, according to the indications of the recruiter, agreeing to respect the Code of Conduct and The Xbox Live Disclaimer, starting to learn the Rank Structure up through General rank, sign up at aoglive.com and the AOG
Forums, and meet other AOG members by attending squad activities.
Reports to: Sergeants or any other higher rank.
Comments: Privates are encouraged but not required to change their gamer tag within 60 days. They must have permission of a Captain to get it, and staying in AOG for at least 2 weeks. Any problems they might have should report to the Lieutenants.
